Existing customers (when prompted to continue using/access registered products)
New sign-ups (as part of account onboarding)
📩 What to expect
You will receive a verification email containing a secure link.
This email may come from either:
@finstock.co (Finstock email domain), or
@stripe.com (Stripe email domain)
When you open the link, it will take you to a page that looks like this:
“Finstock, Inc. works with Stripe to verify your identity” (similar to the screenshot shown).
🔐 Verification steps (quick & simple)
Open the email and click the verification link.
Review the information on the Stripe verification page.
Click “Agree and continue”.
Take a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport / national ID / driver’s license, depending on your country).
Take a selfie to confirm the ID belongs to you.
Submit and follow any on-screen instructions until completion.

Finstock only accesses verification data related to confirming your identity (as shown on the verification page).
Never share your verification link with anyone.
